With 10 plus years in recruiting and staffing, Nick Lauber brings an experienced and unique approach to serving the labor needs of his community. What started with college admissions recruiting, developed into a passion to helping others achieve their career goals, and has led to a fruitful career in the staffing industry.
Nick saw an opportunity in the Topeka, Kansas market, the same town he grew up in, to help align the needs of businesses with the appropriate skills of the workforce.
Along with his field experience, Nick possesses a Bachelor’s in Communication from Emporia State University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Argosy University. The latter has enabled Nick to understand the particular challenges many businesses face, and has allowed him to view a company’s unique labor needs through a knowledgeable and logical scope. Nick is also active in many different local organizations and keeps a keen eye on the pulse of the labor market.

Basketball! I was fortunate enough to play college basketball all 4 years and in 2013 we won the NCAA DII National Championship.

Orange! Yes, it is one of Nextaff’s main colors but it was my favorite before coming to Nextaff. In the franchising world, I’m known as “Orange pants guy”.
