Mark brings 25+ years of staffing and consulting experience to his ownership role at Nextaff of Birmingham. He is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and staffing services industries. Mark is also a strong business development and recruitment professional skilled in IT Strategy, Professional Services, Management, Business Intelligence, and Business Process Improvement.
Emily has been in the recruitment industry 10+ years where she has quickly honed skills in identifying talent and building strong professional relationships. Through dedication and a passion for excellence, she progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, eventually being promoted to Branch Manager. In this leadership position, Emily not only managed a team but also excelled in driving sales and exceeding targets. Emily’s journey reflects a commitment to continuous growth and achieving results, guided by a strong foundation in recruitment and sales management.
Stephanie grew up in Ragland, AL, and has always been passionate about helping people, especially within her community. During high school, she worked at Chick-Fil-A, where she developed a strong commitment to providing quality service.
Upon graduating high school, Stephanie gained employment through a staffing agency in the healthcare sector. In 2022, she entered the staffing industry as a front office coordinator. Due to her dedication and skill, she was quickly promoted to recruiter, where she began cultivating strong relationships with clients and candidates.
In July 2024, Stephanie joined Nextaff as a recruiter, a role that perfectly aligns with her values. Together with Nextaff, she is committed to matching the highest quality talent with each client to minimize turnover and attrition.

Basketball! I was fortunate enough to play college basketball all 4 years and in 2013 we won the NCAA DII National Championship.

Orange! Yes, it is one of Nextaff’s main colors but it was my favorite before coming to Nextaff. In the franchising world, I’m known as “Orange pants guy”.
