If hired by NEXTAFF you will be placed on assignment at the Client location.
Temporary employment, refers to short-term positions that are usually filled on a project basis to fill labor gaps or handle seasonal workload.
Temp to hire employment is where an employee works for a company (thru Nextaff) with the possibility of becoming a full-time employee in the future at that company.
Contract employment, is where an employee works for a company (thru Nextaff) on a short-term basis, usually for a fixed period of time or for a specific project.
Direct hire employment, is where an employee is directly hired by an employer after initial recruiting and screening is performed by Nextaff.
