Release of Information: My agreement below authorizes and gives full permission to have Company examine any and all consumer reports, investigative reports, social security number verification, reference checks and/or criminal records and arrests on file at any time after the receipt of this authorization and throughout my employment (if any). I hereby release the Company its agents, and any persons, employers, companies, clients, agencies and authorities who verify or provide information regarding my references or background from any liability for any damage whatsoever for disclosing or issuing any such information.

Drug Use and Testing: the Company has a long-standing commitment to its employees and customers to promote a safe and healthy work environment. Therefore the Company has incorporated a “Zero Tolerance” drug and alcohol policy. I understand that the Company prohibits the use of illegal drugs. My agreement below certifies that I am willing to provide a urine, blood, hair or saliva specimen for drug and/or alcohol testing prior to and/or during my employment as a condition of my employment, or if there is any reasonable suspicion of drug or alcohol use. I hereby authorize and consent to all such tests and acknowledge my understanding that positive drug/alcohol test or refusal to submit to a required drug/alcohol test will result in my dismissal. I hereby release the Company, its clients and any clinic, individual or test product manufacturer that may administer or provide a drug or alcohol test from any and all claims arising from the results of such a test, and from any action taken on the basis of those results. I will contact the Company before discussing direct employment with the Company’s clients. I will keep all information confidential (excluding the Company) that I learn from The Company’s clients.

Meet Shane...

Shane’s journey with Nextaff began in 2019, when he established a successful franchise in the Kansas City metro area. His experience as a Nextaff franchise owner provides prospective buyers with a completely transparent view of the Nextaff Franchise Opportunity. Prior to his time at Nextaff, Shane led large sales teams in the Financial Services and Medical Device industries, further developing his expertise in leadership and business management.

Do you play sports?

Basketball! I was fortunate enough to play college basketball all 4 years and in 2013 we won the NCAA DII National Championship.

What do you love most about your current role?

Getting to know prospective franchise buyers. I love hearing about their goals and dreams they want to achieve through entrepreneurship.

What is your favorite color?

Orange! Yes, it is one of Nextaff’s main colors but it was my favorite before coming to Nextaff. In the franchising world, I’m known as “Orange pants guy”.

When it comes to operating a staffing firm, Cary has worn every hat.  From recruiting, to sales, to management, to ownership, he has been involved in every aspect of running a successful staffing business.  He has successfully led three separate companies to the Inc. 500 and Inc. 5000 lists, which puts him in an elite class of staffing entrepreneurship.  Combining that experience with a strong passion for entrepreneurs makes Cary an ideal leader for driving the Nextaff vision.
