Be Legendary Landon Daniel Foundation

www.belegendaryfoundation.org

On July 19th, 2018, Landon Daniel passed away from a tragic auto accident.  Landon was only 17 and would have been an incoming senior at Olathe Northwest High School.  He was a huge fan of all sports, but particularly the University of Kansas and KU Basketball.  His lifelong goal was to attend KU in the Fall of 2019 to pursue his passion of Sports Broadcasting.

In 2019 we formed The Be Legendary Landon Daniel Foundation. We hope this foundation might benefit those that shared the same passions he held.  Who knows, one of the recipients may become a professional athlete or a broadcaster on ESPN one day.

Warriors for Willow

Willow Cannan was diagnosed in May 2016 with a rare genetic disease, Multiple Sulfatase Deficiency (MSD).

No treatment exists for this rare genetic disease that erodes all skills, knowledge, and body function until the child passes away, usually before 10 years of age. New children are being discovered with this rare disorder each year. Help us save these children. Help us fund a cure.

Charlie’s House

On November 1, 2007, Charlie Horn, a 2-year-old boy, was killed when he attempted to climb a 30″ dresser in his home. It was through this tragedy that Charlie’s House was born.

What started as a memorial and an outpouring of public support has grown into a 501 (c)(3) not for profit organization with safety at its core – dedicated to keeping the community informed and engaged when it comes to preventing injuries to children in and around the home.

As part of this mission, Charlie’s House participates in and sponsors community-wide events to provide home safety information. In 2021, Charlie’s House – Safety Demonstration Home opened.  It provides adults with real-life demonstrations, examples, and resources on children’s safety.
