What started with college admissions recruiting, developed into a passion to helping others achieve their career goals, and has led to a fruitful career in the staffing industry.
Nick saw an opportunity in the Topeka, Kansas market, the same town he grew up in, to help align the needs of businesses with the appropriate skills of the workforce.
Along with his field experience, Nick possesses a Bachelor’s in Communication from Emporia State University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Argosy University. The latter has enabled Nick to understand the particular challenges many businesses face, and has allowed him to view a company’s unique labor needs through a knowledgeable and logical scope. Nick is also active in many different local organizations and keeps a keen eye on the pulse of the labor market.
