We target active and passive job seekers by posting openings on both job boards and social media. This is important since only about 20% of the workforce is active on job boards.

These candidates then answer approximately 100 questions measuring integrity, cognitive and personality traits. The top candidates are matched against XFACTOR criteria tailored for your position. Evaluating this can be done quickly since we get the results immediately. We then conduct telephone interviews for the candidates with the highest XFACTOR matches.

If a candidate clears the telephone interview, (s)he attends structured interviews before we decide to recommend that person to you. These structured interviews focus on 15 to 20 core questions, taking up to an hour, and we ask every applicant the same questions. We rate them in real time to ensure accuracy, impartiality and legality. We also take notes on responses and factual observations. We thus maintain fairness and objectivity that makes structured interviews more than twice as predictive of job performance as unstructured interviews so you hire quality talent.
