On the other hand, if the interview hesitates or really has to think to come up with something positive about working there, you can choose to move in a different direction with your job search.

Forward thinking is always going to win you some brownie points. This question shows that you’re thinking about the challenges ahead and you want to learn what to expect. Also, if there are any classes you have to take before you begin work, you can get a jump on them. Your enthusiasm will be impressive to the people looking to hire.
What’s the next step of the interview process?
With the world moving as fast as it is, people will often forget to call you and tell you whether or not you’ve been hired. This shows the interviewer your confidence in doing the job because you’re thinking about the next steps. Not only that, but it gives you a chance to prepare yourself for whatever is next, giving you a leg up on your competition.
